The Centre for Sports and Exercise has created a comprehensive home based exercise program consisting of video tutorials covering a range of exercises and workouts including stretching, circuit training, mobility, osteoporosis, kids’ exercise, seated stretching, and bed rest exercises. Led by experienced instructors, the program is accessible and convenient for all ages and fitness levels.
