Ben Cowling, Professor of infectious disease epidemiology at the School of Public Health HKU, said in an interview with CMG's Zhu Dan that China has been able to significantly increase its laboratory testing capacity in a short period of time, especially in Wuhan and Hubei province. He believes that it may take the United States more time to achieve the same level of testing capacity.
