香港大學教育學院的研究發現,新冠疫情期間香港各學校之間的數碼鴻溝不斷擴大,可能與資源和學校文化等因素有關。研究還揭示,數碼素養有助於抵禦網絡成癮和網絡欺凌等風險,而區塊鏈、元宇宙等新網上社交和交易模式以及人工智能和大數據的快速發展對公民數碼能力提出了新要求。
