Dr Hein Min Tun, an assistant professor at the School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong, introduces two main research projects related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The first project investigates the relationship between gut microbiome and immune response after COVID-19 vaccination. The second project focuses on the surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater and sewage in Hong Kong.
